Job Description:

ARC Technology Solutions, LLC is a premier solution provider utilizing electrical engineering technology insertion for legacy system sustainment. Job candidates with broader engineering knowledge including either: RF, analog, digital/FPGA circuits and/or Radar system topologies are a good fit.

The ideal engineering candidate is a highly motivated, self-starting, individual who enjoys working with others to develop custom engineering solutions. Up to 20% domestic travel for customer on-site work may be required. Must be an out-of-the-box thinker who is detail oriented can analyze, organize, set priorities, and multi-task in a fast-paced engineering environment for on-time customer delivery is key.

As a member of the Hardware Engineering team, this candidate shall report to the VP of Engineering and work very closely with software and hardware engineering staff for complete design and development solutions. This individual shall be responsible for working with software engineering and other hardware engineers during joint project development efforts. This individual will specifically be involved in: meeting customers, capturing and interpreting legacy documentation or requirements; developing technical specifications and ATPs; designing custom interface circuitry and/or UUT fixturing; end-solution prototyping and integration with measurement hardware, in accordance with ARC procedures.

Job Requirements:

This Entry Level Electrical Engineering candidate may be a new-grad. or already have some relevant "hands-on" design and implementation experience.  Candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent problem solving skills. Some experience in electrical circuit card design, test and verification, or FPGA experience is a BIG plus.

This Electrical Engineering position requires a broad-level of engineering knowledge-base with regards to testing of products from various industries: Telecommunication, Aerospace, Medical, etc., versus a very in-depth knowledge of one type of electrical hardware design.  Multi-faceted individuals traditionally are a good match with the company.

Educational Requirements:

An Associates Degree with 2-4 years of relevant Engineering experience is required.
A BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 0-3 years experience.
