Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Description
ARC Technology Solutions, a leading provider of technical engineering solutions to the DoD, FAA, and Fortune 500 OEM markets, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities for engineering services and ARC’s line of digital high speed testers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a qualified pipeline of sales opportunities
- Manage complex sales cycles to closure
- Present technical solutions to engineering managers
- Continuously prospect for new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed revenue quotas
- Develop strategic business relationships that lead to long term and repeat business
Requirements:
- BS in Engineering. MBA a plus
- 5 years experience selling complex technical engineering services (non-IT)
- Outstanding verbal, written, and listening skills
- Proven track record of closing large complex sales engagements
- Experience in the test, measurement, electronic design, and depot repair industry a plus
- 25% - 50% travel required
